1. Acceptance

By installing or using aLLMost ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

aLLMost is a Chrome browser extension that provides pre-send intelligence for large language model (LLM) chat interfaces. It shows you similar past prompts before you send a new one (Déjà Prompt), recommends which LLM is best suited to your current task (Model Router), and operates on supported LLM sites including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, and Grok. A paid "Pro" tier offers additional features including evasion detection, a cross-session dashboard, and unlimited captured-prompt history.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Extension. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Free & Pro Tiers

The Extension offers a free tier with core pre-send intelligence features. The Pro tier unlocks additional features. Pro features are clearly marked within the Extension interface. Pro is offered at the following prices (in US dollars):

• Monthly subscription — $7.00 per month
• Annual subscription — $59.00 per year (approximately 30% off the monthly rate)

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the plan you select.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from the extension popup) or by emailing support@algomittens.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until then.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase by contacting support@algomittens.com.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers' rates are honored through the end of their current billing period.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or Pro features
• Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws, including the terms of service of the underlying LLM providers
• Attempt to circumvent the license verification system
• Share Pro credentials with others to avoid payment
• Use the Extension to automate the sending of prompts at a rate or in a manner that violates the acceptable-use policies of the LLM provider whose site you are using

8. LLM Provider Relationship

aLLMost is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI (Kimi), xAI (Grok), or any other LLM provider. The Extension operates on top of those providers' web interfaces under their respective terms of service. Your use of each LLM service remains governed by that provider's own terms and policies, which you are responsible for reading and complying with. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with any LLM provider; provider changes may temporarily or permanently affect the Extension's functionality.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you consent to the data practices described therein. In particular, you acknowledge that your prompts and the LLM's responses are captured and stored locally on your device by the Extension to enable pre-send intelligence features.

10. LLM Output Disclaimer

The Extension does not generate LLM responses itself; it displays and analyzes responses produced by third-party LLM providers. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, safety, legality, or appropriateness of any content produced by those LLMs. You are solely responsible for the prompts you send and for any action you take based on LLM responses. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of, or reliance on, LLM-generated content.

11. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, design, and branding, is the property of Algomittens LLC. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all browser versions, or compatible with all supported LLM sites (which change their interfaces and APIs without notice).

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algomittens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including damages related to LLM outputs, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Pro features at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the State of South Carolina.
